first appearance at the
annual Middle East and North
Africa (MENA) Hospital

partner, showcasing its
latest medical equipment and
demonstrating its desire to
enter and grow within the
competitive healthcare
industry.
As an
entrant in the medical &
healthcare industry, Hisense
with its technology
experience and knowledge, is
leading its way to introduce
advanced imaging platforms
in this advancing medical
and healthcare industry.
Hisense also aligns itself
with the core discussion of
the forum about the latest
innovations in hospital
building, integration of
digital tools and platforms,
and advanced healthcare
technologies and equipment.
Mr Jason Ou, President
of Hisense Middle East and
Africa, said: “The
opportunity to exhibit our
medical products at the MENA
Hospital Projects Forum is
vital given it not only puts
our products in front of key
industry decision-makers
from around the region, but
also allows us to
demonstrate that Hisense is
committed to medical
technology and is providing
ground-breaking products
that significantly improve
the industry.”
As a
part of its continuous
growth, Hisense, at this
forum, has showcased for the
first-time in the Middle
East region the new 55”
endoscopic monitor that
features innovative
technology for image clarity
and connectivity as well as
a display of its mid- range
imaging Ultrasound system.
The new 55” endoscopic
monitor HME8C55U is equipped
with state-of-the-art Mini
LED technology currently not
in use by any competitor.
This product is 4K ultra-HD
that supports a display
resolution of up to 8
million pixels, features an
incredible 200,000:1
contrast ratio, and a peak
brightness level of 2,000
nits, ensuring vivid clarity
of tissue detail in narrow
cavities. All these features
translate into helping
surgeons to be better
equipped to perform their
tasks with ease and
confidence.
The
HME8C55U is highly suitable
for 4K endoscopic surgery
applications and supports up
to 4 physical image windows
on screen. Multiple input
interfaces allow features
like PIP
(picture-in-picture) and PBP
(picture-by-picture) hence
different data images can be
displayed on the screen at
the same time. Further, the
monitor has Multi-Gamma
Correction, enabling content
in each window to be
independently adjusted to
match the signal source and
as per the requirements of
the operating surgeon. The
product will be available
from Q3 2022.
