services across Saudi Arabia
(RIYADH)
-
Bupa CareConnect, the
healthcare arm of
Bupa Arabia Cooperative
Insurance, participated
as a sponsor in the Global
Health Exhibition 2025,
recently held in Riyadh
under the patronage of the
Saudi Ministry of Health,
and in the presence of His
Excellency Fahad bin
Abdulrahman Al-Jalajel,
Minister of Health, along
with a distinguished group
of leaders and healthcare
experts from within the
Kingdom and abroad.
This participation
underscores the company’s
commitment to supporting
Saudi Arabia’s healthcare
transformation through an
integrated model that
combines digital medical
services, prevention, and
early intervention. The goal
is to improve spending
efficiency and enhance the
quality of healthcare
services, in alignment with
the objectives of Saudi
Vision 2030 to build a
sustainable and
comprehensive national
healthcare system.
Primary Care
Bupa CareConnect
represents a new step by
Bupa Arabia toward
strengthening the digital
primary care model that
combines comfort,
personalization, and
proactivity in healthcare
delivery. The company adopts
a fully digital approach
that provides a
comprehensive range of
healthcare solutions
tailored to meet the needs
of individuals and families,
ensuring a seamless and
efficient care experience
across all stages of the
healthcare journey.
During its participation in
the exhibition, the company
showcased its innovative
model of preventive primary
care, which focuses on
proactivity, accessibility,
and prevention. This model
enables beneficiaries to
receive medical services
anytime and anywhere through
unified digital platforms
that connect patients with
doctors within an integrated
network covering every stage
of the care journey, thereby
improving the patient
experience and enhancing
operational efficiency and
care quality.
Digital Solutions
The company offers a
comprehensive ecosystem of
healthcare services,
including a 24/7 digital
clinic managed by qualified
Saudi physicians who provide
instant video consultations,
as well as a home clinic
that offers medical visits,
nursing care, laboratory
testing, and medication
delivery—particularly for
the elderly and patients
with chronic diseases.
Preventive
Health
As
part of its efforts to
leverage technology to
promote preventive
healthcare, Bupa CareConnect
announced a tripartite
collaboration agreement with
NEOM and Oura, aimed at
developing a digital health
system based on data and
predictive analytics using
Oura’s smart technology.
This partnership enables
beneficiaries to track their
health and improve their
lifestyle habits while
allowing healthcare
providers to monitor
potential risks and
intervene early to reduce
them. The initiative
strengthens the concept of
prevention before treatment
and contributes to building
a sustainable national model
for preventive healthcare in
Saudi Arabia.
Integrated Ecosystem
Commenting on the
company’s participation,
Mohamed El Missaoui,

employee health and quality
of life in the workplace, in
line with the national
vision to build more
productive and sustainable
professional communities.
The company’s partners

Corporate Healthcare
The company also
announced plans to open 11
new clinics during 2025
across various workplace
environments and to sign new
cooperation agreements with
government entities and
national institutions—a step
reflecting the growing
confidence in Bupa
CareConnect’s digital and
preventive healthcare model.
This expansion supports
the Quality of Life Program,
one of Vision 2030’s key
initiatives, by promoting
health awareness and
evolving the concept of
corporate healthcare from a
reactive service into a
strategic partnership
focused on developing human
capital and ensuring
sustainable workplace
wellbeing.
Comprehensive Physical
Clinic
As
part of its field expansion,
the company is preparing to
open its first comprehensive
physical clinic (Bupa
Physical Clinic) in Riyadh,
combining medical
consultations, chronic care
management, and preventive
follow-ups within a unified
digital environment.
Bupa CareConnect also offers
specialized programs for
managing chronic diseases
such as diabetes,
hypertension, and
cardiovascular conditions.
These programs are overseen
by multidisciplinary medical
teams who regularly monitor
each patient’s condition and
lifestyle to ensure optimal
outcomes.
Additionally, the company
provides case management and
medical referral services to
ensure the smooth transfer
of critical cases to the
most suitable hospitals
without administrative
complications, within a
connected and integrated
care experience.

where services reach
patients instead of the
other way around. She
stressed that Bupa
CareConnect is working to
integrate technology with
the human touch to deliver
connected care anytime,
anywhere.
A
National Model
Bupa CareConnect
concluded its participation
in the Global Health
Exhibition by reaffirming

Arabia’s smart healthcare
transformation through a
fully integrated digital
ecosystem connecting
digital, corporate, and
field clinics. This
contributes to improving the
health of employees and the
wider community.
Through this model, Bupa
CareConnect continues to
strengthen its position as
one of the Kingdom’s leading
examples of preventive and
proactive
healthcare—combining global
medical expertise with local
insight to shape the future
of digital healthcare in
