Obstetrics and Gynecology
Prize amount is US$ 80,000

2.  Hamdan Award for Medical Research Excellence
In the categories of:
-Gene Therapy of Inherited Disorders
-Pathogenesis and Therapy of Autoimmune Disorders
-Apoptosis in Disease and Health
Prize amount is US$ 81,000 to be awarded to 3 winners each receiving US$ 27,000.

3.  Hamdan Award for Volunteers in Humanitarian Medical Services
Prize amount is US$ 72,000 to be awarded to 4 winners each receiving US$ 18,000.

B) ARAB WORLD AWARDS

Hamdan Award for the Best Medical College/Institute or Centre in the Arab World
Price amount is US$ 150,000.

C) UNITED ARAB EMIRATES AWARDS

1.  Hamdan Award for Original Research Paper Published in Emirates Medical Journal - from Inside & Outside UAE
Prize amount is AED 100,000 to be awarded equally to 4 papers each receiving AED 25,000.

2.  Hamdan Award for honouring the individuals working in the field of medicine and health
Prize amount is AED 180,000 to be awarded equally to 6 Personalities each receiving AED 30,000.

3.  Hamdan Award for achievements in the Medical field in UAE
Prize amount is AED 60,000 to be awarded equally to 3 personalities each receiving AED 20,000.

4.  Hamdan Award to support Medical Research in the UAE
Prize amount AED 1,700,000 is allocated to various research work relevant to the UAE.
