ArabMedicare.com Announces New Study to Rank the Top 25 Hospitals in the Arab World

July 4ArabMedicare.com announced today that it would launch a new study to rank the Top 25 hospitals in the Arab World.  The results of the study will be published and updated on an annual basis, with the first report to be released in February 2004.

The “Top 25 Hospitals in the Arab World Report” will identify industry benchmarks that recognize hospitals and their management teams that demonstrate superior clinical, operational, and financial performance.  “By identifying hospitals that provide high-quality care, operate efficiently, and produce superior results, we believe that such a study will offer the Arab health care industry a direction for positive change,” said Mahatma Davis, Chief Executive Officer of ArabMedicare.com.

Furthermore, in the broader sense, it's important to recognize medical excellence as a means of encouraging hospitals that didn't make the list to set their sights higher, and as a means to inform consumers about the quality and selection of care options that are conveniently available to them in the region.

“Not all hospitals are created equal. And when you need one, it's critical to know which ones are the standard-bearers in safety and innovation,” said Davis.

Details about the study criteria and selection process will be made available soon on the ArabMedicare.com web site.
